On Positive Affirmations

“I know literally thousands of people who use positive affirmations as a tool to change their beliefs. They can be very effective. The idea is that the more often you say it, the faster you will adopt is as a belief.

Unfortunately these affirmations are no match for a limiting belief that may be lurking inside you. The positive ideas you are trying to adopt bounce off like a ping-pong ball hitting cement.

The only way to change the situation is to acknowledge the underlying belief and deal with it first”
