I tend to repeat this sentence quite often to my clients. YOUR BUSINESS IS AN EXTENSION OF YOURSELF. I repeat. Your business is an extension of yourself.
So wherever you are in your business ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS is a combination of what is going on inside you energetically. And of course this is equally valid for other areas of your life.
A few years ago, the CEO of a M&A boutique saw his practise collapse in front of his eyes in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis.
However was it really the financial crisis that caused his demise?
COME ON!

For those who suspected the answer could have not been so straightforward, welcome to the party 🥳
So here is the thing.
The 2008 financial crisis was a stressor for sure BUT there were so various elements that contributed to the business to collapse that were identified when I coached him:
* there were some serious personal relationships problems that were happening in the background in the same timeline: partner feeling neglected as work was my client’s sole and only priority at the time (even though he didn’t see it that way until he did but then it was too late) as well as lack of awareness when it comes to the love and relationship front (what do women want ? 🤷♀️ ) Well joke aside, this ended up into a very painful divorce and asset split and huge financial losses as a result => how this affected his business: he had some serious imbalances in his personal life that created energy blocks and inability to operate from a state of flow in business when you have so much drama in the background
* no real muscle trained when it comes to being resourceful, and therefore becoming very emotionally distressed when faced with adversity and unexpected events, instead of thinking on his feet. You see my client had been blessed with intelligence (I was impressed with his ability to simplify some serious financial concepts in a split second) and as a result great pedigree (his track record was impressive), good look, charm and wit that allowed him to pitch his business in a very effortless manner until then. Nothing wrong with the latter of course but because he had been graciously equipped with an abundance, ease and success default energy base aka high frequencies running in his field, he hadn’t learned how to intentionally create them. => how this affected his business: he didn’t know what was suddenly missing, gone or to recreate the vibes of success and fell into the hole of despair, powerlessness and self pity. Sounds a little harsh? well hummm…. may be but the truth nevertheless. It doesn’t make his pain less real and excruciating though. Of course. But I am showing you what led to the struggle.
* he didn’t have any external support until everything fell apart. Until he experienced hardship, my client never thought of coaching or getting any sort of non-traditional support as to him all was well … until …. Helen Guo, co-founder at Schoolyard Snacks (keto friendly cereals and snacks) caught my eye on Linkedin when she mentioned she hired a therapist when her business started. Because she felt it was important for her health and growth. Of course she is part of this generation that does get how important mental health is and beyond. I will add your ENERGY is important. Another well known online business coach Amanda Frances (her business turns around 7 figures) did state lately that she hasn’t hired a coach for a while but instead that she had been working very closely with an energy healer …. 💡💡💡💡 (you get it?) Ray Dalio, a well know hedge fund manager (billions in assets under management), who also has a close relationship with Tony Robbins, can’t leave without transcendental meditation (just saying)
So your business success doesn’t depend on just strategy and brilliance of ideas. It’s much deeper than that.
Expanding your business will then require to heal these parts of you where there is some imbalances to say the least. I call them wounds. As it is about healing these wounds FIRST AND FOREMOST.
AND THEN, we can look at inside the business structure itself, the intricacies of your product range as well as upgrading your relationship with your stakeholders energetically.
So to summarise, to grow and expand your business, make sure you are doing a deep declutterring and cleansing of your inner house (aka your energy field) and no DIY if you want to do it to a level of depth where there is no turning back and only unlimited and exponential success.
